Just saw this on Facebook. Was about to buy a floating secondary to see if it fixed the issue but now after this I might wait and see. What do you all think?

Our shop had been looking into the belt issues with the 850 and just made a huge discovery.

Every single clutch we tested looks like this!

I checked my runout on my fixed sheave today. It was at .021" and I have 750 miles on it and am still on original belt. So pretty close to the .024" they are mentioning in the posting. I have not had excessive heat on my primary. I checked many times while riding and could put my hand on clutch. Hot but not much different than the motor heat. I don't think the runout has anything to do with the heat issue it is to inconsistent. JMO
