Can I take my 2000 800 triple motor out and swap it into a 2000 700 powder special chassis? Or will the 136 skid from the ps swap in place of the 121 zrt chassis, I know I'd have to extend the tunnel but are the mount locations the same?

Well I know the skid and track swap wont work so I guess I'll try swapping motors.

The front mount for the suspension should be in the same place, I think the rear is farther back. You may just be able to move the bracket on the tunnel back or maybe the rear arm forward on the suspension.
The engine should bolt right in if I remember right. The parts book says the motor and jackshaft mount is different but I don't know what the difference is. The biggest problem I can think of would be getting the pipes under the hood.

The mount holes for the 121 are 24" and the 136 31" the way the tunnel bends without building custom brackets it wont fit.

If I remember right I think the rails on the 136 suspension have holes in the right place to move the rear arm and shock forward so that you could bolt it up into the ZRT tunnel. If not some rail extensions on your 121 rails would work. I may have some extensions, will look in a couple days when I get time.

Either way will work. I'd think the suspension swap would be easier. I'd put a narrow front suspension on the ZRT too. It'd be way easier to maneuver off trail in a narrow format.

Looks like if I pull a set of wheels I can move the shock and scissor mount up thanks I'll give that a shot.

Agee with the guys above, plus you will find out that the Jack shaft is different lenghth. Measure from the motor mounts to the left side to find out. I know just going from a 600 triple to 800 or more does not work without adding a rear engine mount tab and changing the shaft to a longer one.

I ended up just swapping in the track and skid. I did have to drill new holes in the rails to get in. I just measured the mounting points off the 121 rails and drilled the 136 rails to fit.
