Hey guys, riding in island park, buddy has a 850 rmk and coming back down the trail his temp went from 110 to 204 in a few seconds and started bogging. Defiantly isn’t that hot. Felt The Hose’s and tunnel cooler and wasn’t that hot. Restarted the sled, temp was back down to 100 and then just jumped back to 200. Towed it in. Thinking bad temp sensor? Any one have any other input?

Thank you

Just had a temp sensor fail on the demo 850. Super fun to sidehill out of a ****hole at 6700 rpm.

Yea we were hoping it was just a sensor, but he found the oil line popped off, center on the crank case. So we are thinking the water pump is ceased...
