Trail Converting a 2009 IQR 600 MOD

What would have to be done in order to make my 2009 iqr 600 mod motor run on 92 octane fuel and be reliable. It has SLP twins, high comp domes, porting. Where is a good baseline for jetting changes? CDI recurved or just timing dialed back? I have heads that run 165 psi, 150 psi and the stock head that runs 120 psi. What is a safe PSI in the cylinders to run 92 octane fuel? I was told 140 was acceptable?
