Ok,
I seem to have good compression on both cylinders, good spark, and on the mag side it is running great. The problem is with the clutch side, it is not running. The carb seems to be spitting some gas back into the air box. Checked the floats and they seem to move good, choke cable is moving freely. Any help would be much appreciated.

switch your carbs from one side to the other, to see if the problem follows the carb. If not, you might have a bad crank seal.

Easy enough fix if it didnt do any damage on the way out. Did you find the piece, or did it go out the pipe?
