Hey guys/gals,
Doing a 144 to 159 rail extension on a 2012 rmk 600 which has the sba bent rails. I am trying to remove the rear idler wheel adjustment blocks and there isn't anything in the manual or in the rail extn directions that say how to do it. Looks like from the parts manual they are rivets. my only hope to drill press them out? any suggestions? Picture for reference and I appreciate any help!!!

Why a 159" if I may ask?

Do you mean the blocks that the bolt goes through to adjust the rear axle? Those are riveted on. Drill them out, they come off.

144 - 159

Good move , I run 159 Tracks on my 600 / 685 Carl's kit Sleds.

252 Pitch still in 2012, that is good to know.

If you can find a 2005-2006 900 with the 159 rails, they should fit / work.

This year also has the bigger rear wheel offset like you need.

2006 159 skid

Note how short the front is by the limit straps.

I clipped it and tipped it for Anti Ratchets.

Did Several of these in the 900 days.
