I have to adjust the cable fully out to make it like that.. But then at idle it goes across the garage floor lol(no joke)

Set your cable length so there is about .020" play at the blipper with the engine off. Adjust idle screw to get proper idle RPM 1800-2000.

Can someone give me the widest measurement off the stock handlebars?? Throttle side. Mine is 32.8mm close to the throttle with grips on..

I back the idle screw right off still bad, if i set the throttle bodies to open fully

I changed the throttle block on my sled this year and just adjusted the free play in the blipper to match the new throttle block. When I put the thumb to the bars I checked the tension on the t-cable at the blipper to see if I was getting full throttle. Worked fine for me, I'd check for something else causing the high idle.

What does it idle at when the cable is adjusted for full throttle?

changed the bars from stock to rsi carbon.. right about where the middle of the throttle flapper touches the bar, these are about a mm or two wider.

how much of an affect would this be
