Rebuild HPG shocks

how hard is it to rebuild the HPG shocks yourself and than bring to a dealer to get the nitrogen recharged?

Remember you are talking two different things here. A rebuild is much more of a complete overhaul. A recharge is not changing any of the internal parts in the shock.
