Can the t-motion be locked out or can you reduce its flex amount see some of the aftermarket skids are incorporating something like the tmotion but they have a way to lock it out

No, no way to do that with a T-Motion stock setup.
I have a box of OEM pre T Motion parts form when I updated my 2011 Summit that would take your T Motion back to thew stone age.
