ya guys any suggestions for a 97 mxz 670? im thinking about milling the head or boring the pistion out a little bit.... mabey some new winesco pistions too but please i need suggestions


and i already have AAEN pipes

porting, add finger ports, cut the valve, bore the carbs 44's can be bored to 45.5

New rotary valve. I forget which one, but if you search some you'll find it. It came stock on certain ski doo models. Clutch work is always a good way to feel more power. Properly adjusting belt deflection makes a huge difference.

i just milled my head and it seems to start alot easyer and alot faster but we just did enogh to clean it up

Bore out the case ports like the X engines eyebrows, port match your cylinders and cases as well as your rotary plate and intake, Cut rotary valve to '501' specs. Short carb boots (93 mach 1 I believe) and a pair of 44's.

Ditch the aaens and track down an HO single pipe to get more bottom end.
