has anyone seen this happen before clutch only has 1200 miles on it

The bushings went bad and the clutch vibrated till it broke?

i had some thing similar happen but it broke closer to the in side half

Thats not good looking. I have never seen that before on a XP and im scared now because my xp is same year and almost 1200 miles. Did it vibrate hard or have any metal on metal sounds before it broke?
Arrgh, my belt looked like that after last rides first day, changed it out and noticed vibration at end of second day. Didn't have new clutch holder to pull clutch so I ordered one and am pulling clutch today to inspect, hope to not find results like that! Am looking to see if stock set screws are still in pins, as I had to run on 4-5 clicker to maintain 8-8100 rpm, was of course over rev on the trail coming in and did over rev it some before noticing. Could the over rev have caused damage to the clutch like that? Such as the sheave halves slamming together?Am thinking so, if so I may not be going riding this weekend either!:brokenheart:

no vibration at all.I was pulling a hill in 2 feet of powder and almost to
the top and the sled felt like it blew a belt.i just had the clutch off
100miles ago putting some new ramps in it and did not see any problems
at that time.also my rpm at the time were 8100 so i did not over rev it.
