Has anyone put the 2.6 track on a pro. Just wondering how it works. Is it worth putting it on. I can get one pretty cheap from a friend.

Works great, the fit is a little tight but with a little persuasion it works. My Pro with a 2.6 actually outruns my Axys in all conditions. Still trying to fix that problem. Don't regear or run smaller drivers just bolt it on and go ride.

I could not find a takeoff 2.6 for about 3 months so I ordered a CAMSO 2.5 (9105M) fully clipped and put it my 11-163 on before season started and I sure like the way it pulls and comes up on the snow and we have plenty of snow!! Even though the track is slightly heavier and stiffer paddles, I feel it performs Great!

Still love king

I am still looking for a take off track from an Axys sled. A 163x2.6 for my 13 pro.

Put the 2.6 on my pro and it is a definite upgrade. Also lined the front of the tunnel at the choke point with uhmw sheet plastic.(no snow build up) Using stock 8 tooth drivers.

I replaced my 155 Camo 2.5 with the axys 2.6 163 and the axys 7 tooth drivers and drive shaft in my 14 pro. Love the way it changed the sled. Adds a whole lot to the pro.

I wouldn't worry much about non-clipped window wear. I would worry more about keeping scratchers down in crappy conditions. I have been riding with several Axys riders with the 2.6 since last season, zero wear on non-clipped windows on several sleds, some with 1,500 miles. Mine has 700 miles and looks like new.

Ours are cutting in on the edge... Like when you sidehill. Right on the outside of the hyfax.

That's correct - aggressive side hilling is cutting these like hot butter on the unclipped section.
We have kept the 8 tooth drivers on the 2.6 on the 14 Pros we swapped over- makes the approach angle so flat and we like keeping the stock gearing on the pro's as the 7's will gear it down..

I ordered clips for mine today. I am switching to 7 tooth. My sled isn't getting up on the snow like my buddies. His has 7 tooth, mine has 8. Could be some other factors... But I think this may be part of it.
