Riding from Whitefish Resort?

Greeting Montanan's!

We are planning a trip to the Flathead Valley for skiing and riding. There are good lodging opportunities up on the Big Mountain, but I don't want to trailer my sleds up and down that road every day. Are there any trail heads up in the village?

bit u can drive 5 miles north and ride in Olney.

No there are definitely no trail heads up there. I have a house in the village and one on the north side of lake that you can ride right from the house on to the trails. It is only 13 to the village from there too. I am trying to see if there is interest in my 3 place up at bull lake near Eureka. The place on bull lake actually links with the lake cabin as well. Anyway here they are and a link to a video of them all three.
