Great job, they are not hard to make if you know what to use.
I've been making mine for a while too. I use heavy gauge fly wire, prefilter and as the outer frame I use either alloy sheeting cut out with the grinder/ dremel or use a plastic sheeting cut out.
I used an aluminum roadsign from the construction company I work for and some pet screen doubled up I think you could do with 1 layer but I didn't want my clutch slippin on something I could have prevented
