Racheting track

I have a 09' summit that the track ratchets on for no apparent reason. Have tried adjusting tension in every direction, can't figure out what is going on. All bearings are good. Cant see any obvious damage to drivers. Any ideas?

Check the chain in your case. It makes a similar noise when it skips.
