Just wondering if the 190 kit would be enough for a 174'' track and also can you guys share your viper 270 build details and how these new setups are working, Thanks.

Absolutely
Although the 174 really starts to show its true colors around 15 psi IMO!

270 kit

I have the 270 kit on my viper. It's a nice, clean, and factory looking. So far it's been great, but I only have about 4 hrs on the machine. Power is excellent, and smooth.
My only reservations on the build are around the sled itself.. The Arctic Cat blood runs deep in these rides (imo), hopefully everything else around the motor and clutches can take big power as well as the Nytro's did.

Check out apexxpress here on sw, he's done some well documented builds.

As for other considerations..

I would consider the following..
Roll-over valve
Boost gauge
Snorkel intake (cr makes them, and I believe mcx now too)
