Nice! That looks pretty precise, what sort of range does it have(controller to rotor) ? Would be able to do some sick chase footage through the trees.... That would be a cool angle!

Thats the plan..some aerial sled action.

If that doesn't work out just some scenic aerials will be pretty sweet to cut in.


I really want to take it out and circle the Rabbit Ears rock formation for starters

not sure on the range...I know you can take it so far that you cannot see it anymore!

has auto return with GPS if it gets out of range. will come home and land at the spot you took off from

The specs at the bottom of this says 300 meters. Or Roughly 1000 feet for us 'uhmerican folks. I'm sure like anything else it depends on surroundings and interference.

I was looking at those things a few nights ago. Nice!

Have you seen the write ups on how to put in a little piece of sorbothane to damp out some of the wobbling? Seems to be working for a lot of people really well.

Looking forward to some snow footage. That's going to be sweet!

I did the DIY stuff they recommend you can see the footage gets better

But I did order a special anti-vibration plate that eliminates it all

How much of a hassle is it to fly?

I've tried a few practice single prop setups and uh.........I'm scared of myself.

Some guys are putting smaller POS cameras under them..but it is designed for a go pro. And it is very difficult to get rid of the video vibration unless your shooting at 60fps or higher.
