??regarding internet blocking software

anyone on here an expert in the use of blocking
software for a PUBLIC OPEN website.. ie: a method
of blocking a certain "computer" from accessing stories
that are open to the public (not posting privileges btw)
problem is: cannot access the stories from a certain
news station.. just won't load.. all other sites are ok.

Im confused, are you like on a work computer that is blocking a site and want to access it?

If you are at work and they are blocking certain sites (ie facebook,ebay etc) you can goto another site that will go around those blocks and show you at a different ip address. Click here and try it http://www.newipnow.com/
