So if I'm interpeting that right.... we just lost 145,000 acres of "lower elevation terrain" that clearly leads to higher elevation terrain ...
So they pulled some BS that appears to be politically correct, meaning they totally screwed the OSV crowd but they can "claim" they didn't.
