we rent from OER and we're in WI. It works out pretty slick. We get bags, some radios, and some beacons... just fill the avy tanks at the scuba shop before we leave town and deploy the bags when we get back so the tank is empty for the return shipment. Pack everything back in the original box it came in, put on the return shipping label it comes with and drop it off at UPS.
