So my buddy bought a MC800 and we attempted to clean the power valves and neither will come out. We did remove the two allen bolts on the sides. They will move up and down slightly but will not pull out. Am i missing something or are these thing just really dirty? Any ideas on how to get them out?

Thanks

power valves

I'd bet they have carbon built up on them.Try spraying some WD40 around them and keep working them.Hopefully it will soften it enough you can work them out.

i know that some of the 600's have 3 screws, 2 on the sides and one in the center on top. not sure if yours does or not. just something else to look at.

they can be stubborn. as stated above, penetrating oil and wait.

Thanks i'll just keep at it until they give. Must be some serious carbon build up.
