D7 SLP exhaust Boondocker controlbox Help

I bought a boondocker box because i have a midrange hesitation
with my pipe and can on.
I was wondering if anyone knew what to do or has had that same problem after installing the slp pipe and can?
Not sure if i should add or subtract fuel for this problem
