ZR 200 Tail Light stays on...

Bought my daughter a new Arctic Cat ZR 200 for Christmas. It has electric start and I noticed today that the tail light stays on for about 15 minutes after shutting it off. Any ideas why? It’s a very dim tail light but does eventually turn completely off.

I bought a 2019 for my boys, the light does the same thing. It has never had any effect on the electric start. I am not to worried about it, it does have the pull start if you need it.

Our 2019 does the same thing, but it seems to slowly dim. I'm thinking the light might be connected to a capacitor that discharges slowly after being shut off.
