Where is parking now? Are the gates locked below the snow line or can you ride on snow instead of pavement or dirt? The Chinook Pass Poker Run is Sunday the 27th and we would like to ride over there if parking/snow permits.

It better snow there soon. Trail is getting thin. Lots of dirt/rocks on main route. Good thing is the Matterhorn is clear.

No, there is only about an inch of new snow over the gravel and/or ice on the road above the gate. It's pretty bad all the way to the Y at the start of the 7065. (and don't stay on the 70 road from there up, it's mostly gravel on all that exposed section)
