We just completed our 1st Run of Polyurethane motor mounts. The are the same durometer as stock except solid instead of "gear" shaped so they act substantially stiffer than stock, yet are compliant enough for both trail and lake race use. They also fit the engine bracket much better and with no slop like the factory rubber mounts. We have also maintained the flange like the factory mount to better locate the engine side to side.

We have also built in adjustability into the mag (chain case) side mount. The aluminum center sleeve is bored slightly offset with a flat machined into the exposed end. This allows you to put a wrench on it and turn it to change the parallelism of the primary clutch in relationship to the secondary. It will also allow you to dial in some positive offset parallelism to work with our TCL delete. This is so when the belt is under tension and the motor is pulled back slightly, the clutches will be parallel. (Like as is done on most other sleds)

Regardless of our TCL delete, these will give customers the ability to more closely dial in the parallelism of the stock setup and maintain it better with the stiffer mount.

The motor mounts will be available for purchase at Haydays.
