spark plug thread size

the head stripped out on my 12 pro 800. my plugs have came loose twice and i went to check them today and one of them wont come out. does anyone know what size tap i would need to chase the threads? thanks

I believe M14 x 1.25 is the correct designation.

If the threads are that Damaged you might have to put a Heli-coil in.

No matter the brand, make sure you use a solid insert rather than the ones that look like a tightly wound spring. There are various brands available.
