Flexedge or regular Challenger Extreme with boost?

I am planning to extend my turbo 1200 to a 163” to gain a little more floatation. It has a ported 2.5"(maybe 2.25? need to check)x154" on it now and it sometimes struggles to stay on top. I can get a take-off Flexedge 2.5” or a Challenger Extreme for around the same price. Wondering what the experience with the Flexedge track on boost has been? Any issues? I do ride some trail still in MN from time to time, so I don’t want to go to a 174 or 3”, unless someone can convince me otherwise…
