02 sxviper runs Then drops cylinders?

The sled runs for about 5 miles and then drops down on two cylinders and then one cylinder. Let it sit for five minutes fires right back up and then the same results. New fuel pump carbs are clean
New reeds and boots. Stator, Coils? I'm not real familiar with these Yamaha's so any help would be appreciated. Thanks chuck

It actually sounds like water in the fuel to me.

It very well could be racin, My first thoughts were fuel or fuel delivery. He told me he had a new fuel pump put in it . It's not my sled so I'll take it out tomorrow and see what happens. Just going by what he's telling me. Lol thanks

Just pulled the fuel lines between the pump and the carburetors,pumped some gas into a jar and as best I can tell there's no water in the fuel.

Check the float bowls.
