My guess is if you're not getting these updates your dealer didn't get your email into the system.

My info is in the system. I got the requested and confirmation emails when I ordered it. Plus, they've sent me a few coupons saying thanks for being a snowcheck customer. I'll have to check back with the dealer again this week.
Ya it really has nothing to do with how good of customer you are, and everything to do with if your dealer entered your email address ...and entered it correctly. There’s really no black magic to these....it’s a really simple system

I was told that the hold-up is within shipping. That there are trucks loaded but no drivers. The driver that dropped some more last week said that he has never seen so many sleds sitting in the yard at Polaris. dude's had 10-26 written on the wrapper, which was the SECOND ship date. 11/2 was the third, it actually shipped on the 5th. The date on his wrapper sticker had a build date of 10/4.
10/4 was within the date range of sleds with the fuel pump issues right? Maybe it was held up due to that

There is a fuel pump issue though, for sure.
So I'm not sure what the official word on the shipping holdup is.
Interesting to know, first time Polaris buyer and my dealer even said my sled was in his second batch of orders.

I got my shipping email last Thursday, called the dealer today to check on the status and was told the trailer is still waiting for pick up along with 5 other of his RMK snowchecks. It has a delivery date entered now of 11/15 so they must found a driver. Maybe there is something to this lack of drivers thing afterall... fwiw :noidea:

Looks like my ship date has been pushed back another week. Polaris customer service emailed me yesterday and said it would be shipping today (11/14). Was talkin to the salesman at the dealer this morning and he said his ship dates now show 11/21. So now we are going into December before it even shows up here. He has no stock to put on the floor and the customers who switched from Doo are pissed that their dates keep getting pushed back while we have a good 4 feet of snow. Also, people who are waiting on their Titans now have a ship date of Dec 29, so it will be mid January before they even show up. I think Polaris really dropped the ball this year.
