too bad for this one. hope not too many riders give up on boundary controls and go even further. I hear you can go all the way through to icicle and come back...

Yeah, changes have been taking place there for many years and I would say the better times are in the rear view.

Thanks for posting this. Me and a few of my friends commented. It only pertains to the Teanaway Community Forest, which isn't near the alpine riding up there. As an aside, I've been riding the Teanaway for 13 years now, and the boundaries have not changed in that time. The FS proposed some changes few years ago, specifically in reaction to sledders poaching the wilderness boundary via the Teanaway, but there is no political leverage for that to happen at this point (would require congressional action) and I really hope it stays that way. Such a great area for sledding and skiing.

Yes, correct. Changes have mostly been in the west and middle fork areas.
