So my father talked to a textron rep today through his company and from what he was told, textron will be moving arctic cat production to georgia. Is this new info?

Dirt production I can see, not sleds.
Textron is pretty much merging their dirt side, but they have no clue about anything sled related. So I bet they keep the MN side open for sled design and production

I can't blame them if they do move. Get out of this state of 10,000 taxes.
