2012 Pro 800, Fuel Resistor code 524007-3, any ideas?

Try following the wires back as far as you can and see if there's anything that would cause high resistance in the wiring, if you have a schematic available for it, unplug the ecm connector and check resistance end to end of both wires with a multimeter, I assume the wires that come from the resistor both go back to the ECM and the ECM monitors the resistance on the loop. If both wires have less than 1 Ohm I'd say they're good
