Have a sks800 with the alt impact 36" and always felt it in many times have a heavy pressure on the skis, tried all recommendations aswell gone the fab way from Polaris for my weight and it works best.

thought about the geometry and could a pair of a Pro spindles be the winner perhaps?

all in all i love the sled and often its isnt that big of deal.. but in some conditons it eats up unnecessary energy from my riding.

Did you shorten your shocks half an inch for the 36 inch front end? I run a 36-inch front end and had my shocks shortened half an inch plus run the shorter pro spindles, I really like this setup the way it feels especially compared to stock.
