Has anyone ever seen this before?

It's not rough to the touch with my finger, but is with my nail. It almost seems like the surface hardening of the roller has been compromised?

Obviously it's getting replaced, but I thought I'd ask if it was "normal" wear. 2 of 3 rollers have spots like this. 1 is totally fine. Ramps (438) are smooth.

Thanks!

The roller bound up at some point, rather than rolling freely. Have seen many times.
Make sure the pin and roller are clean when you assemble, have seen them gummy, even on new sleds.

How many kms are on the sled?
I know the tra is a high maintenance clutch to keep it in peak performance. I blow mine out ever ride and clean it out every 3rd on all my sleds.
