AC Delco part# worked better for me.
$28 with prime on Amazon. The GM# was $35 plus $22 for shipping 2 days.

Direct fit, plug right in.

Just an FYI.

"Most" of the failures I've seen with these pipe sensors are the connections. The vibrations of the motor wear out the pins on both connectors. If I run into a problem I cut the connector off and solder the harnesses together and they work like a charm.

I went through two ac delco pipe temp sensors this yr in about 75 miles. So I soldered two 330 watt 1/2 amp resistors in line and all has been well
