I installed grippers on my 2015 and they bolted right up. Will it work the same on my 2018 or do I need different rubbers, bolts or spindle inserts?

You will probably need the older style spindle inserts. New style stock skis have a wider saddle and insert to accommodate all the spacers to adjust from 34.5-38.5 ski stance.
All 16 and newer need the 14/15 rubber and the spindle axles.
15 rubbers and inserts and you only get 2" of adjustments just like your 15
A porta ban fixes both those problems and saves a few dollars. Cut down the bushing and ski rubbers.
I put my stuff back to stock before I sell the sled. And I go through the rubbers about once a year. So thats a short term cost savings for me.
