'07 M8 suspension and clutching questions?

The girlfriend has a 153" M8 that I occasional borrow and it just rides terrible.

So she weighs 140lbs without gear. Where should I set the shocks up at for the best reasonable ride?

When I install a new belt on I have to remove all the shims just to get the belt deflection tight enough, so when it streches a bit I loose the deflect and it turns into a trenching machine. How do you set these secnodarys up?

What are you washington guys running for clutching on a stock 07' M8 153?

OK, I ASSUME IT IS TOO STIFF ON THE REAR SUSPENSION LIKE MINE WAS FOR ME (160LBS), SO CHANGE THE REAR SPRINGS TO AC PART NUMBERS 0704-821 AND 822, THESE WILL SOFTEN THE BACK END UP ALOT AND MAKE THE TRAIL RIDING MUCH BETTER. AS FOR CLUTCHING, I AM RUNNING 73G WEIGHTS WITH STOCK SPRING IN PRIMARY, STOCK SPRING IN SECONDARY WITH A 42-36 AC HELIX PART NUMBER 0748-679 WHICH WILL PULL HARDER ON THE TRAIL AND ACCELERATE QUICKER. COULD RUN A SHIFT ASSIST, NOT REALLY NECCESSARY IT WILL SLIGHTLY LOWER YOUR RPM. MAKE SURE TO USE NEW SCREWS IN SECONDARY WHEN YOU PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. I RECOMMEND HARDENED ROLLERS AS WELL, THE STOCK ONES WEAR QUICKLY. MAKE SURE BELT IS TENSIONED CORRECTLY AS THIS PLAYS A BIG ROLE IN PERFORMANCE AND THAT CLUTCHES ARE DEGLAZED SO THEY GRAB THE BELT BETTER. THIS SHOULD HELP GET YOU GOING, MY SLED IS SAME BUT A 162 AND IT WILL OUTCLIMB MOST SLEDS AROUND HERE.
