Can I pull my 2006 M7 tunnel off, and mate an '09 M8 tunnel to it?

I plan on doing ALOT to this sled after this winter.

-New tunnel (if I can)
-Air frame rails (dependant on tunnel swap)
-All new rear skid/susp.
-RKT Big Bore Kit
-RKT clutching
-Tons of powder coat
-Vents everywhere

-And can I fit a sno-pro adjustable steering post on an older model??

I was debating on buying an "new" sled, but then just figured, why not make my current sled what I really want!

Any help with my tunnel question would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks guys.:face-icon-small-coo

I've been having a lot of trouble loading the site lately, especially using the search.....Now that it finally wants to cooperate, I've found A TON of info on updating the tunnel....Wish it'd had worked sooner. :face-icon-small-dis

A new one would be what you want.

The 09 tunnel parts will bolt right up, But not sure how far off the side coolers will be from fitting, on a 09 changing from a 153 to 162 you just extend the rubber hose.
