07 m8 pissing me off.please help!!!!!!!!!

well i just recently put a speedworks kit on,fuel controller,and egt gauge.i had 70g weights in but wasnt getting my rpms.i put my stock 68 back in and it only put me up to 7800-7900.i wanna be at 8000-8100.should i put lighter weights or new spring???.today it also starting flashing codes at me.it goes 4,then 2,then a second later it flashes 2 real fast.what code could that be???.it also died twice today just as i started it up,and it took a bit to get it going.seem to run fine most of the day except dieing twice and the codes its flashing.what would you guys recommend doin to it??? could you tell me what the codes are.do i gotta mess with my controller more???.any info will help.thanks alot.
