Lots work to put out that many sets for such a good price.

I would be bankrupt making weights for those prices.

I don’t think Tony is in it for the money, this is just one of the many ways he’s sharing his passion for the sport and great running machines! Thanks Tony!

Just to verify... belt to sheave does need to be adjusted, correct?

Yes sir that is correct.
Just a heads up. Your factory setup needs to be checked. We have had clutch, from the factory, with up to .100” belt to sheave. They aren’t very consistent.

These are one time adjustable, correct? Not something that can be switched back and forth for different boost levels? Do you have a full turbo kit with turbo specific helix?

They are not adjustable. They come in 2 gram increments. Here is a pic. If you missed it. The nonadjustable takes the misnomer out of the equation.
I do have turbo setups.

For those on the fence, yes there is a little more work setting this stuff up with having to shim primary but I can assure you its worth it. Smoothest power and coolest my clutches have ever been. The TRS weight is really fun and snappy out of the hole with great shift out on the top end. 100 miles on my setup this weekend and was smiling ear to ear.

The real kicker is the setup sheets Tony sends over. This isn't just some parts in a bag. This is down to a T how to setup your clutches, alignment, everything for true proper performance. Its pretty incredible how variable the alignment, belt to sheave, etc is from the factory. Set things up to proper spec just means better more consistent performance and less heat and belt wear.

Thanks Tony for all your hard work and bringing such awesome information and product to market.

Thanks Nick.

David, we will make them in the next production run.
Hope your kit gets there soon.

TRS turbo clutching

best turbo clutching I have ever used
I tried two setups and they both work EXCELLENT!!

setup 1
160-305 primary spring (venom 165-310 orange)will work
77g TRS weights
46-32F helix
130-180 secondary spring (unavailable 140-200) will work
Gates 45C4553 belt

set up 2
150-310 primary spring
74g TRS weights
46-32F helix
140-220 secondary spring
Gates 47C4572 belt belt to sheave clearance needs to be checked with this belt as it is wider
also adjust deflection this belt is also longer

MTNTK turbo on 16 800 RMK 10# boost
belt to sheave clearance is critical as well as deflection needs to be right or it won't work as well on either setup
