Two stroke or four?

On my turbo 800 XP, I usually only get a popping when I am getting air into the fuel line-lean. Just generally tuned lean shows on egts but doesn't usually pop in my experience. Changing my boost reference to pipe center section has helped. Fuel pressure rises faster and maintains higher. Running 8lbs or less was not a problem before, but higher boost seems much better off pipe.

if its a carb machine make sure the boost jets are in the same position. I turned one the wrong way once and it made my sled pop. One was 1 1/2 and the other 1/2, oops!! lucky no damage.
