Your post is a little unclear, but I think you're asking about the alignment marks on the primary clutch parts. There are several. The small circle on the movable sheave is aligned to the arrow on the spring cup & the governor cup. With those three parts assembled together, align their mark with the small notch on the backside of the fixed sheave. Then for clutch install, the crank itself has a line on it's end; the larger circle on the movable sheave aligns with that.

Hope that helps. If you're seeing different marks on the clutch, please clarify the year & model of your sled.

I had my clutch off today, thought these pictures might help. The first two show the external markings that are used to align the clutch parts to one another. Not pictured is the arrow on the spring cup (out of sight under the governor cup in the pictures). The second two show how the clutch gets clocked to the crank, and what the mark on the crank looks like on my 13' Etec (reman crank actually, but original was the same).

So you don't line up the arrow with the mark on the crank? You line up the large circle with the mark on the crank? I might need to pull mine and reclock it.

Thanks for reply. The one Thing that is weird is this spring cup holder mark . Look at this discription it tells u to not use the small ring to cup arrow.. right picture "notch"

Good catch! I stand corrected. I re-read the manual myself and see that now. I don't suspect that (the spring cup index) matters as much as proper clutch/crank indexing, but good to know.
