2007 600 sdi whole sled or parts

I have a 600 sdi with 612 miles on it. Blew the mag side piston. Tired of working on it. Needs a new home.

My apologies! I didn't know anyone had posted to this!

Sled set all summer. It's still whole, for now.

It had 600 miles in it. The guy I was working on it for didn't really know about poor fuel causing big problems. Melted one piston, blew the other one out the bottom on the crank.

I found a used motor for it, installed it and drive it 1/2 mile and list the pto side.

He wants away from the sled. I have the connections to make it go away.

I'll entertain offers. Seat is shot. Motor turns over, but needs rebuilt.

how much? do you have any pics? so the engine in it now has a burned or scored piston cases are good?

I didn't even pull the heads. It blew and I ran out of patients.

The motor in it is not the original one. It was supposedly rebuilt 1000 miles ago, but the guy was not truthful about the sale.

I'll pop the lid on the motor this weekend if I can and get a better idea of what happened..

Make an offer, I feel the case and crank are good but both jugs and pistons need attention. The chassis really only had 600 miles on it.

OK, it only to 4 weeks to get back to it.

I tore the cylinders off today. The mag side has the wrist pin snap ring pop out and do some nasty damage to the cylinder. I thought I was going to be OK with just a cylinder and piston, but it cracked the bottom of the cylinder near the intake port.

To do it right, the motor needs pulled and flushed. It will need a new cylinder and piston.

Sled had 600 miles on it.

Thoughts on what it's worth?

So the sled popped a wrist pin keeper key. It totaled the mag piston and cylinder. It cracked the base of the cylinder, so it will need a new cylinder and piston. PTO side is ok, but I would put new keeper keys in it!
