03 Viper with NOS engine problems

I am working on a friends 03' Viper with NOS. It ran great until last week. It will start and idle, but when you give it gas it bogs out bad and barely moves. He told me his son sunk it in a pond last year, and it sat there for three weeks. The intake wasn't submerged but the exaust was. Funny thing is it ran fine once they got it out. Any hints or suggestions of where to start would be really helpful.

I just checked all three cylinders have close to the same compression around one hundred. All three plugs are sparking. I changed the plugs and still same problem. It seams as though it won't hit power band.
