On a whim I left SLC Sat afternoon and headed up to meet my cousin and friends in WY to ride. The snow really good considering, and the higher we got the better. I have never been in the area we rode but it had some great terrain to get a feel for the 175. I was the only Ski Doo in the group, couple turbo Polaris etc.
We came across several drainage's that were deep and no flat ground in the bottom. Basically enough to get the sled flat and go. This 175 - 850 is an animal. In places where the 800 would begin to level off and struggle this thing just accelerates and just gets it done. I had been on one last year a little but after being on mine all day I am truly impressed with it.
A couple guys rode it and both came back shook there head and said well it isn't short on power. I am so happy I went 175 also.
