Stripped holes on bottom of hood

I was putting my "hood" back on my sled (2013 Pro Climb) & somehow managed to strip out the 2 front lower screws. I didn't realize that they just went into plastic & no backer. I am looking for ideas how to remedy this because I am sure someone else has done this. Thanks.

Everyone I know have chucked those as they're not needed anyhow. Just a PIA to take out and put back in everytime. These are the ones below the bumper at the front of the sled.

OK, that is what I was thinking also. They don't hold a damn thing!! Done. Thanks for the info

So what else is being used to hold the hood on?? Just the small tiny screws being used at the back of the hood and above the shocks then??

Also two tabs lock into the piece above the fuel tank and the airbox pushes into the front of the frame abit.
