Has anyone tried the rage cage reeds on the 09 800r motor with any success.

I put them in mine, but have not rode it yet. I put a RK TEK drop in kit in and when I took the stock reeds out they were junk, with only a few hundred miles. To be clear the cages fell apart durring dissasembly not the pedals. I went with the aluminum rage cage because I know it wont fall apart. The rage cage did not fit and I had to file the port down slightly to make it fit.
There are anumber of people run them and say they work great. Ithink BigJohn dynoed them andconfirmed theclaimed 3-4hp increase
