They are all set from the factory at brp. They may have different settings because of tolerances of all components, so some might be set at -1 -.5 +1 +.5 exc. But the end result is the same on each sled. So if your wanting to change your timing you just add to advance or subtract to retard from what yours is set at, example if you want to advance it 1 degree and your factory settting is -.5 then you have them set it at +.5
