Ok so first off this unit was purchased to be cut up and turned into a snow bike piece.

All I've been told it was a 1999 800. But I have no idea the model or features.

Tunnel says extra lite near the back. Seems to have a heat exchanger at the back and well as the front of it.

If anyone has a microfiche of the suspension that would be helpful in getting the proper parts back in place.

Has antifreeze going through the brake caliper I believe... if so that's a bit of engineering genius coming from a trucker who's never ridden before.

So any help figuring out what I have would be great thx.

There were no 800 twin engines in 99 so probably a 700 GEN II RMK.

Click on the link above, on the left hand side of the page scroll down to suspensions and then click on that. This will show you an exploded view of the rear suspension with part numbers from Polaris.

Looking at the drive unit on these sleds is their just the one set of cogs on the right side that drive the track?

Arctic cat sled I got has cogs right across the track.

Just wondering if this is just a Polaris design or if I'm missing a few parts.
