First start since the turbo project got under way...
New rings, injectors tested. Fresh plugs, premix at 32:1. Egts climb equally on each pot.
15 deg C garage. Fired right up first pull (primed fuel pump though) and idles at 1650. After about 5-10 seconds, idle starts dropping right to 1200 and below and then it turns off. Restarting is the same. Throttle cable is set to give it full throttle when required.
I disconnected the ecm and made a TPS tester. Using a Fluke multimeter, my power supply gives 5.16 volts dc, .768 volts closed throttle, 3.85 wide open.
I turned in my idle screw so the tps reads .79 volts.
Will this be enough to get the idle up to 2000 cold, dropping to 1850 after? I assume that the idle is dropping quickly due to the temperature in the garage?
Any opinions welcome!

How many miles on the reeds? You can take off the hood and wit the sled off tape the throttle open and look into the intake. I use scope, you can gently push each petal open and see the front edge with it

Well, adjusting the throttle screw did the trick, now it idles at 3000rpm lol. No longer stalls, will get it down to spec. The lowest TPS would go is .75 volts, so that will work.

Used to have to adjust the TPS back in the m-series turbo days but I can’t remember the voltage settings. What kit do you have? Have you got TPS specs from the builder?

I bought private, so original setup was from TSS. Changed the setup quite a bit. Tps should be .69-.75 idle, 3.7-4.0 or so wot.
